Bäckerei Höflinger in Munich

Every time we go in here we regret it. No matter how big the bill is, we ONLY get change back. And not euro coins, but cents. There are by far better cafes in the area. We like to do without

"Fresh" squeezed juice is mixed with juice from the pack I think that's a cheek at € 3.90 for a small paper cup; A bit of fresh juice is poured into the cup and then topped up from a metal jug - it's just a shame that you can taste the artificial O or A juice and the pouring point is visible on the foam ;-) It's also pretty grubby at the bakery ... rather uncomfortable and uninviting.

Our favorite baker / cafe around here. Very good cappuccino (also with milk alternatives), very good baked goods, and very friendly staff. Overall just very, very, very good;) Keep it up :)

Nice bakery with a nice selection and mostly good products. Only looks a bit gay from the atmosphere.

From the outside as well as inside, the bakery looks super cozy and inviting to linger here. Today we took (pepper) pretzels, potato rolls, ciabatta rolls, wholemeal rolls and a few sweet pastries. Everything looks delicious. When we took things in hand at the breakfast table at home, an unpleasant surprise came. The rolls and pretzels are all really very soft. Freshly baked crispy? Unfortunately not. We went to the Höflinger especially because we had visitors and wanted to get good pastries. )): The guests said, maybe at noon there won't be time for fresh rolls ... Conclusion: if you like expensive, soft rolls that taste like they did the day before, you've come to the right place. Why don't you try what you're selling to customers. I have to add that the reviews are very good. Maybe we were just unlucky.

Fresh and tasty

I'm there almost every day. I feel very comfortable. There are differences in the staff but this is normal. Everyone is friendly but only a few. Dear Ulla, thank you for your heart for the clientele. thank you

I need to edit my rating about this place. My original comment was “Perfect place if you like cold cappuccino.” and I had given two stars. I had written this while sitting at the cafe right after receiving a cold cappuccino and having been told that it could not be reheated. I was definitely not impressed. However, a few minutes later, another staff member who had heard the conversation came to us and served us two hot cappuccinos. My advice: if you get served a cold cappuccino, look for the nicer staff member.

The baked goods are of great quality and you can still eat them 1-2 days after purchase. Really recommendable. The baker is right on the subway

I have 4 different bakeries in the area. The quality is great at Höflinger. Great staff, especially the southern Harry Potter gives you the feeling so you would be at home with friends. Keep it up and thanks to the boss for the good staff selection :)

Loveee this bakery. Very clean and the staff r very nice and friendly!! And omg the coffee is soo tasty plus all kinds of sandwiches and pastries they have r delicious!!!

Very friendly team, nice branch. Tables should be wiped a little more frequently, then it would be perfect. The limitation of the Wifi seems a bit out of time. Good coffee.

Only been there when I was drunk, but best breakfast place for drunk people! Tip: first sleep one hour on the floor, then go there.

Bakery and lunch place. We ate there daily during our trip. Staff was so nice and friendly. Food is amazing. Great for breakfast, lunch or anytime snack. Their bread was also so good.

Great coffee! I took Latte Macchiato and it was one if the best ones I’ve had in Munich. Free wifi and freshly baked pretzels were definitely a plus.

Great coffee ... I've rarely seen such a friendly young and dynamic team. Staff always nice and always to have fun. Food and coffee are delicious! And selection of baked goods is outstanding! Would recommend it to anyone!

Super nice cozy bakery. The service is super open and friendly, but unfortunately a bit confused. The baked goods and drinks are super tasty and prices really fair. Whether to take away or eat there, a visit here can only be recommended.
